Chef ALEXANDRU IACOB

 

Alexandru Iacob gateste de la 15 ani, perfectionandu-se in Austria, apoi in Berlin, unde a facut un stagiu de practica, iar apoi in Spania, la San Sebastian, unde a absolvit un master in bucataria avangardista in cadrul Basque Culinary Center. Stagiu de practica al acestyui master l-a facut la restaurantul Mugaritz, locul 6 in lume, doua stele Michelin. Intors in tara a castigat concursul Top Chef, in prezent fiind executive chef al Domeniului Manasia.
